The WCF MMA training programme is completely free, however, you will need a gum shield to take part. You can buy one from us for £5 or you can buy one from a sports shop.
Apart from a gum shield all the kit you need is available to borrow at our training centres.
We also sell equipment for those Contenders who would rather get their own.
NOTE: For safety reasons you will only be able to train in 7oz MMA gloves.
There are a number of options regarding MMA gloves.
- Buy/bring your own.
- Use the ones we have in the gym.
- Buy a new pair of gloves from us. The advantage is that they are your own so they are cleaner, brand new and can be used by you after the experience.
